Joni
Middleton
In 1997, God called Joni Middleton
out of Africa to work with “girls in trouble.”
Not knowing who these girls were, she soon realized
that God was calling her to bring new life to girls
scattered around the world, and especially in South
Asia, who had been sexually exploited and abused. Having
seen God work His beautiful designs in their lives,
she says she works with “the world’s best
women and girls.” She presently works as a training
and network consultant with Project Rescue, based in
Calcutta where she learns how to be “Joni Auntie”
to girls from the local red-light areas.
Joni L. Middleton. Master’s degree
in English from Oklahoma State University; Stillwater,
OK, USA. Middleton had been an educator in the USA,
Senegal, and Kenya before joining Project Rescue in
1998 as Training and Network Consultant.
